ज़ेमे को अपनी भाषा में बाइबल अनुवाद की ज़रूरत थी।
यद्यपि चर्च पूर्वोत्तर भारत में 100 वर्षों से अधिक समय से था, फिर भी ज़ेमे के पास बाइबल का कोई अनुवाद नहीं था जिसका उपयोग वे मंत्रालय और सुसमाचार प्रचार के लिए कर सकें।
But translating the Bible is a complex task and it’s hard to find help.
धन की कमी थी और काम बहुत बड़ा था। ज़ेमे को अपने पास उपलब्ध संसाधनों से बाइबल का अनुवाद करने का कोई तरीका चाहिए था।
समाधान की तलाश में, उन्होंने चर्च-आधारित बाइबल अनुवाद की ओर रुख किया।
एक स्थानीय संगठन ने ज़ेमे-भाषी नेताओं की एक टीम को चर्च-आधारित बाइबल अनुवाद (सी.बी.बी.टी.) में प्रशिक्षित किया।
सी.बी.बी.टी. ने उन्हें बाइबल का ज़ेमे भाषा में अनुवाद करने में सक्षम बनाया।
अनुवादक दल ने संपूर्ण बाइबल का अनुवाद मात्र इक्कीस महीनों में पूरा कर लिया और अनुवाद की सटीकता की जाँच भी कर ली!
उनका काम चर्च की वृद्धि में योगदान दे रहा है!
नए अनुवाद के साथ, ज़ेमे सुसमाचार फैलाने और यीशु के शिष्य बनाने के लिए सुसज्जित हैं।
